Lunch & Learn: Boosting Your Mood with Food & Fitness

Moods are generally described as being good or bad. Usually temporary, but sometimes they can be long-term. Plus, there are many factors that can affect moods including exercise, weather and your diet. You may not be able to change the weather, but if you stay active and eat healthy foods, you may feel better. We will discuss surprising things that may affect your mood and how healthy eating, exercise and other factors can impact you frame of mind. This class is free, but registration is required. There will be a light lunch provided.
