DIP-IN Class: Healthy Fats

Often we are taught that fat is bad, but did you know that our bodies actually need fat and certain fats benefit your brain and heart health, help us absorb nutrients, and help us feel full? This session will help you learn which types of fats are healthful and how you can include them into your eating pattern.
