DIP-IN Class: Food Safety and Summer Salads

Ever wonder how long is “too long” for food to be setting out during a backyard barbeque? Join us for our Food Safety and Summer Salads class and learn about how to keep your food safe this summer. From cooking meats to the correct temperature to tips and tricks on ways to keep food safe while on the buffet. We will cover all the basics and enjoy food demonstration with samples!
