DIP-IN Class: Cooking with the DASH Diet

The word diet makes many people think of calorie cutting and "off limits" foods. But the DASH diet is different. DASH stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension, and diet simply means "way of eating". The DASH diet is a tried and true way of eating to help you lower your blood pressure and potentially cholesterol. This session will help you understand how easy it is to follow the DASH diet and improve your heart health.
